Well we got word in late October that the judge in Poland said we'd have to go to Poland in January and that he couldn't see us any sooner. As disappointing as this was to hear, it will actually work out timing wise for the best.
We won't have to deal with hectic holiday travelers, we'll be able to take advantage of my employers adoption benefit plan that is going into effect for the first time in 2009, we'll have a better chance of getting coverage for our animals that are being left behind, and what a way to celebrate the New Year!!!
We hope to get specific travel dates sometime in December. We'll post them when we do.

Great news that you are getting closer to actual travel dates! Of course the earlier the better, but January will be great for lots of reasons. And the tickets may be a bit more reasonable I imagine. After all of this, what is another 2 months? Lots to be thankful for this year. :)
Wonderful! At least you finally have a month! It's amazing how God's timing always turns out to be the best! Does it usually take this long between referral and court date?
